Health of mind and body matters to me and I aim to share what I learn along this path with you, in the hope of enhancing your wellbeing (as well as my own).
I am a qualified yoga teacher and over the past eight years I have also worked in mental health roles, psychology and public health research.
Currently, I teach a weekly online yoga class on a Monday evening at 8pm - 8.40pm, which involves guided meditation for deep rest (yoga nidra) and can be booked onto via the ‘book a class’ button or through the yoga tab.
